Control Hair Fall using Simple Home Remedies-DIY

There are tons of beauty care products available in the market which claims to make you beautiful in no time.  Many people use products to control hair fall but unfortunately they don’t get the result. It’s a matter of concern that after spending so much money they don’t get what they actually wanted.

Beauty care products which are not only loaded with chemicals but they makes dent in your monthly savings as well. So the question is to trust or not the beauty care product which are available in the market or to trust simple home remedies and DIY techniques? Here you will get the answer to this question.

The first step to hair control is rubbing nails together.


Rub your Finger nails together

It’s an old yoga technique which is actually quite simple to do all you have to do is rub your finger nails of both hands together for five minutes minimum a day. For best results try rubbing exercise two times a day once in the morning and once in the evening.

Avoid rubbing your thumb nails together also it’s not easy to rub them the reason is if you would rub them the hair will grow on parts other than your head . So avoid rubbing your thumb nail.

You must keep doing this for a month on regular bases if you want to see the results. Rubbing nails together benefits you in many ways for instance it turn white hair into black and I have also experienced that, it stops hair fall, make your hair healthy, thick and shinny. This technique helps in hair growth and also effective in controlling baldness.

Eat 7 Almonds early morning

Soak 7 almonds in a bowl of water and remain it soaked all night then in morning before having breakfast. Eat those almonds. Continue doing it for a month and you will see the results this remedy was recommended by my grandmother she had the strongest and longest think hair.

Massage Seasonal oil on your hair at least once a week. Hair massages are old relaxation technique not only it relaxes body and mind also it releases tension and improve the muscle quality and increase blood flow resulting in better hair quality.

Change your Diet

Don’t ignore your diet sometimes we eat a lot of junk food which are a reason of poor health resulting in thin hair which lack shine and volume not only this a poor diet can lead you to many health problems.

Which food to eat for better hair growth?

For good and healthy hair you must eat healthy fruits such as bananas, apples, citrus fruits, kiwi, avocados, water melons, grapes and pomegranates. Eat fish and egg as fish is rich in omega 3 eating fish once a week results you in perfect and beautiful skin, hair and nails.

Comb your hair in opposite direction

Lower down your head and move your hair against your face instead of neck once you do this all of your hair will be in opposite direction now start combing hair from neck hair line and bring the comb to your forehead hairline continue doing this for about 10 minutes you will feel a rush of blood in your head and face. Do this at least once a day and you will see decrease in your hair fall.

This trick I learned from a DIY expert friend who has quite a number of followers.

The above simple techniques won’t need any chemical loaded beauty care product which claims to stop hair fall that actually won’t happen.
